Mood of the Month - September 2019

For many, September, brings a nip in the air and the hint of the autumn to come. With the Sun still in Virgo, you’re in for a surprise. It’s wake-up time for us all, the fog lifts, the spell is broken and we think: what am I doing? Where is this relationship taking me? What really is my role in the world, in life? If you need to change anything, now is the time. If you’re going in the right direction you’ll find energy flooding you to help you on your way. Some of us may actually feel reborn. Globally too, there could be a big shake-up and we need to be a part of it. No more sitting on the fence. Constructive action is needed everywhere in all areas of our life.

The Sun enters Libra on 23rd which encourages constructive negotiation, compromise and compassion. The Full Moon in Pisces on 14th could send some into the depths of despondency but it won’t be for long if you keep your mind and heart open to magical possibilities.

Looking into the depths of any problem always brings answers, don’t be afraid of what you encounter.

The New Moon at the end of the month on the 28th in Libra, brings a true determination to secure harmony and balance in the world and on a personal level, in our relationships. It’s a beautiful time to celebrate all relationships. It’s a good time to be reaching out into pastures new, stretching our brains and our experiences of life.

Interestingly, Saturn, the teacher, goes direct in Capricorn on the 17th - it’s been retrograde since April. This could mean less of a struggle where work and money are concerned. Opportunities and goals may be easier to reach. Remember money is just about power but with power comes enormous responsibility. Collectively, we need to ensure that the money is made and spent responsibly. As I often say, there’s plenty of room at the top, it’s the bottom that’s overcrowded.

The new Planet, Eris, know as the Feminine Warrior, is asking: what is your higher intention? It encourages you to be honest and true and not be afraid to stand up and be counted. You don’t have to throw your weight around to do this - male or female.

As the Quakers say: Peace on earth will come through the individual actions of people like you and me.
